Xplore NXT specializes in the manufacturing and supply of sportswear, uniforms, combat sports equipment, custom apparel, and private-label products for businesses, organizations, distributors, academies, and retailers worldwide.

2. Orders & Quotations

All quotations provided by Xplore NXT are subject to confirmation and availability.

Orders are considered confirmed only after:

  • Final approval of product specifications
  • Agreement on pricing
  • Confirmation of artwork/designs (if applicable)
  • Receipt of any required advance payment

3. Custom Manufacturing & OEM Services

For custom-made and private-label orders:

  • Clients are responsible for approving all designs, measurements, logos, and specifications before production begins.
  • Production starts only after final approval.
  • Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and revised delivery timelines.
  • Custom-manufactured products cannot be canceled once production has started.

4. Samples

Sample products may be provided upon request.

Sample charges, shipping costs, and production timelines will be communicated before processing.

Sample fees may be adjusted against future bulk orders at our discretion.

5. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices may vary based on:

  • Order quantity
  • Product specifications
  • Materials used
  • Custom branding requirements
  • Shipping destination

Applicable taxes, duties, and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be specified in quotations or invoices.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Advance payment may be required before production.
  • Remaining balances must be cleared before shipment.

Failure to make timely payments may result in production delays or order suspension.

7. Production & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith.

While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to:

  • Material shortages
  • Shipping disruptions
  • Customs clearance
  • Force majeure events
  • Client approval delays

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

8. Shipping

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once products are handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Xplore NXT is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, artwork, and designs provided by clients remain the property of their respective owners.

By submitting artwork, clients confirm they have the legal right to use such materials.

Xplore NXT shall not be liable for intellectual property disputes arising from client-supplied designs.

10. Product Variations

Due to manufacturing processes, slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Fabric texture
  • Printing
  • Embroidery
  • Dimensions

may occur and shall not be considered defects.

11. Returns & Refunds

Because most products are custom manufactured:

  • Custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Claims for defective products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, repair, or credit at our discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

Xplore NXT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

All content, images, graphics, product descriptions, and materials displayed on this website are the property of Xplore NXT and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
